Under Eye Dark Circle Treatment

Under-eye dark circles are dark or purple spots that occur in the under-eye area. These usually occur as a result of hyperpigmentation or microvascular structure in the under-eye area. Among the treatment options, there are lasers applied to the eye area (affecting the lower layer of the skin and renewing the skin) and mesotherapy that can be applied to the eye area up to the base of the eyelashes (especially for a brightening and restorative effect in this area). Additionally, a healthy diet, a good sleep pattern, not smoking or drinking alcohol, moisturizing the skin or reducing stress can also be beneficial in reducing under-eye dark circles.

Why Do Under-Eye Dark Circles Occur?

Dark circles under the eyes may occur due to many factors. These may include:
